((((ClearSkies)))),

I know the feeling. I have Christmas for both my family and my husband's every year. It's a little easier since I started catering, but I get Italian food, which I find isn't as easy to mess up. I'm not a big fan of catered turkey, either. My mom did it one year. Only one.

I hope you can find a few shortcuts to help ease the stress. And don't forget to sit down for a little. The dishes can usually wait.

Good luck,
Laurie

P.S. If you need an easy, yummy pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting recipe, I've got a good one. :)
