yeah, I'm on Effexor XR and now Zanax as well. Apparently, I'm going to have to kick up the doseage of effexor to around 300mg. It doesn't seem to be helping my panic attacks very much. It's actually been quite good for my anxiety though. I thought that at first as well, but I'm not really sure, my mind just feels extremely clouded right now. I guess it's probably just the zanax doing it's thing. Anyhew, thanks for responding, I'm sure you're most likely right about it.
