We pretty much keep our separate paths during the day unless there is a specific task that needs both our attentions.
I see him briefly at lunch if he bothers stopping for lunch. Then I see him at supper, which I prepare daily. This isn't an arrangement we came to but it just happened, and it suits me. I am pretty certain that I found an angel wandering the earth when he and I met.
