Although justyourlaugh has not been blocked, she has decided not to post for now. We have been communicating with each other via email and I would like to pass along her words to you, as interpreted by my wee brain. JYL did want to comment on her posts here last night:It's a condition called PWD - posting while drinking. Though not a chronic condition, it can be problematic and cause misunderstandings, regret, and inadvertently, pain. I have shown traits of this condition many times here at Babble. JYL had chosen another acronymn to describe it, PWF, which I'm sure everyone will get the drift of...
Unfortunately we all know that you can't unring a bell, unpickle a cucumber, or withdraw our posts. What we say is out there, and destined to become archived (unless we broke Dr Bob's rules and he decides to unring the bell for us). I'm posting this message as a followup to the activities here yesterday.
She and I have a strong and caring friendship, born of these boards and of a sincere nature. I have been lucky enough to be able to meet my dear friend face to face this past summer. We were both nervous and uncertain of ourselves, having divulged so my of our souls to each other via emails, babblemails and posts!! I can tell you that she's a beautiful, talented woman, with a lovely family. I'm posting this message from her as a favour from one friend for another; not to make any excuses but to serve as an explanation.
