I have an idea people! I want to call it the "Gold Star Club"!
I want this club to help people reach their goals, whatever they may be, using behaviour modification with rewards.
Everyone here can join. You can just post what you want to do and what reward you will give yourself if you succeed in doing that task.
Then, when you accomplish the task, you announce it here on Babble and the first person to see your post will give you a "virtual gold star". This means that you can give yourself the reward you assigned to yourself.
What do people think of this idea? Who wants to join? I want to help myself and others with this club.
I'll be the first member.
Goal: Go to school early tomorrow, study before and after class until 5:30.
Reward if I accomplish task: 2 stars (I have actual sticky stars lol)
Reward if I make a good effort: 1 star
When I reach 10 stars I will treat myself to a movie!
