We're pretty resilent down here. And I don't know of anyone who doesn't have some connection with Louisiana. They're our next door neighbors!
Regardless, whatever the outcome, good or bad, it had to be done. I certainly wouldn't be able to live with the alternative - not helping. Besides, we won't be near as bad off as New Orleans when its all over.
