Sorry that you are having such a crummy time at work. And as hard as it might be, I wouldn't worry about what other people are thinking or saying, shame on them.One woman I worked with opened up to me about some difficulties she was going through. I did keep the info to myself. But my attitude did shift and I was able more protective of her thereafter. For example, if someone snipped, "what's up with her lately?". I could reply, "everyone has bad days, what don't you just leave her alone or be more supportive?" ... something like that. Do you have any allies at work?
Speaking of work, I'm late, gotta go, but thinking of you. Take one day at a time.
