It's a fun idea, but I'm sure JYL is correct, perhaps you could get away with it if the real names were Barbie and Ken (though that would probably require a fight as you'd be using the names to promote business) but along with the Barbie
motifs I'm positive it would be a no-go.Big business is scary, A woman with the last name Corrs who marketed a health food drink was forbidden from calling it Corrs because it was too close to the trademark name Coors. Here in Canada the "Save on Foods" corporation took a small meat store in Vancouver to court because the name of the meat store was Save-On Meats. The meat store had been in business for 15 years before "Save-on Foods" was even a thought.
