Massachusetts Insurance Options

I'm about to start a new job in Boston, and I'm trying to figure out which insurance option I should take up. Unfortunately, there's no PPO option, but I can get POS coverage.
My choices are:
(1.) Harvard Pilgrim
(2.) Fallon
(3.) Tufts
Sadly, blue cross is not a choice. I'd like to get mental health care at MGH's bipolar clinic if possible. What sort of experience do people have with these plans in terms of mental health benefits? How willing were the doctors to refer out of network?
