If my mom were alive now, I'd just talk to her. REALLY talk. I'd share my heart with her. I'd tell her about my worries and my joys. And I'd ask 1000 questions about her childhood, her life, and about her worries and joys.
I'd take pictures of us together. I'd hold her hand, and take a picture of that too. I'd build memories, cuz you never know when she might just disappear.
I know that not everyone has a good relationship with their mom, but if it's at all possible, and desirable -- perhaps you could spend some time trying to patch things up before time slips away.
