A tatto enthusiast usually is someone who has tattos of their own and is very interested in the hobby and lifestyle.
When I first started recieving ink, tattos were not as popular, now they are much more accepted. When I am fully clothed (long sleeves and all) you would not know I was wearing tattos.Thanks for your interest!
