Don't ask me why but when I was still single, I would pray so hard for God to bring me a husband.
One of my promises was that " God, if you will bring me a good husband, I'll even shave my legs in the winter."
Is it complete blasphemy to make such a claim and rarely stick to it??
I have repented already. Now, I once asked my husband if he would DARE me to grow out my "pit" hair long enough to braid it and put beads in it. HE REFUSED. He actually acted repulsed by the idea.
I, on the otherhand, thought it might add a little spice to things. I would occasionally life up my arms and there would be these long braided, hairs with all these colorful beads.
He never would go for it. So out of submission to this man, I find myself shaving the pits at least twice a week.
But one day, I might really try that braidin' and beadin' thing. LOL
