My Favorite Dinner

This is my favourite thread yet so far ever here at Babble.
I love food. I should be a very fat person, but am not as yet, though I may be leaning that way.
Favourite dinner...
Kir royale (champagne with a few drops of Creme de Cassis - a liquer made from currants.)
Lobster bisque
Quenelles de Sole (fish dumplings) in a light tomato cream sauce
Butter lettuce salad vinaigrette
Rack of lamb with a red vermouth demi glace
Baked eggplant
A good, stinky cheese and a nice Port wine
Blueberry tart
Accompanied with wines chosen by someone who knows about wine.
