Umm I beg to differ LOL
I am the POSTER CHILD for sleep hygene!! I do everything in my bed....sleep brush my teeth, read, watch tv, play on computer.....AND I eat onky CARBS, sugar sugar lol before bed and I drink LOTS and LOTS of coffee RIGHT before bed....HAHAHA Lol see what I mean ?? poster child!!
