red wine spill??

ok i need help getting out a red wine stain on a white blouse. I spilled it days ago and forgot to fix it. I finally put it in cold water for a day adn nothing!! last night i bleached it and all it did was moved the stain around the shirt more :( Is it compltely ruined now? I loved that shirt
