This is always a good exercise. I started out the New Year by writing one good thing I liked about myself each day, but that seems to have slipped by the wayside.
1. I am intelligent
2. I wink at old people
3. I am a good listener
4. I am a good dancer
5. I am kind hearted
6. I am very adaptable
7. I make everyone feel comfortable
8. I am generous
9. I have nice hands
10.I am open minded - I can see and argue both sides of an issue
