I have a friend who runs a graphic design/advertising business and will ask him. He is constantly exchanging graphic files with clients and has become quite the computer wiz over the years.
Do you have anti-virus ware? Dr. Solomon's Anti-Virus Deluxe NetGuard and Norton AntiVirus 2000, to name a couple, can interfere with sending and receiving messages.
