that when I have a conference with my daughter's teacher and she tells me that my daughter likes to finish her thoughts out loud even when it is time to stop talking and start listening, that i should be proud that she is good at

speaking her mind?
getting herself heard?This is what I felt like saying to the teacher, afterall, a young woman needs all the help she can get in this day and age.

Just jealous, my children tend to bring home detention slips for forgetting homework, talking in class, and losing their books. Not sure I have ever seen a merit report in my entire motherdome........or is that marterdome?
