I know it can be a long haul, and a bit unnerving loosing your normal routine.
Good that your co-workers are supportive, and that music helps. I got into watching the 'Jungle Book' video every day when I had one bought! A bit incongrous, but whatever helps..
Sounds like you are doing a great job of keeping going, and not panicking about the panic, and having lower goals. Well done on the brownies!
Using the board as somewhere to record things sounds useful move. Also means that other folks out here are wishing you well!
