Hi trucker, I am trying light therapy for the first time this year on the recommendation of my pdoc. I purchased a floor lamp with a dimmer switch that gives out 10,000 lumen at the highest setting. I purchased it at Full Spectrum Solutions on the web. I don't have the URL handy, but it came up easily on a google search. I thought it was reasonably priced, and they delievered it within two days.
You can find a lot about light boxes if you google the archives here. That's how I got started in deciding this. Also, I am waiting to hear from my insurance if they will cover any part of it. Keep you fingers crossed! :)
