My promise to myself

I've seen people post 10s before but I really need to post this. Hopefully I'm not the only one that posts on this thread.
I promise to:
1) Get the help I need (at whatever cost)
2) Take my meds daily (even if they have SE's)
3) Stop the self destructive behaviors
4) Keep toxic people away from me
5) Try to get my body the sleep it needs
Whew! I felt the need to post this rather than write it on a piece of paper that I can easily throw away.
