Hi Everyone - I think one reason it may be difficult is that there may be others like me who post and read at the office - and between ringing phones, client requests and projects its hard to keep a live chat going when you need to stop and redirect your attention quite often.
Just a thought (and it seems as if I have so few lately) :-)
