Hi I'm Lexy. I am a 24 year old who just finished up my masters degree in social work with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral therapy (I also suffer from depression and anxiety) I am not familiar with EMDR, can you tell me about it? I would love to be able to refer if they did not respond well to CBT. Thanks so much!
