I'm from St. Louis - the most humid place in the U.S., I am sure! I love the northeast . . . except for the winters! I've spent a lot of time for work and pleasure in Massachusetts, NJ and Maine. Yes, night swimming probably wouldn't be something you can do regularly up there!! It is amazing how much weather can effect mood. My symptoms actually get worse in July and August - don't know if it's just my biorythms or if it's the heat! I do okay in December/January. Our winters are fairly mild. A few good snow and/or ice storms and that's it!

> The weather is definetely a plus for me and my anxiety, I do like the snow and the winter but by January I have had it...I think that Winter should end in January and Spring should begin. I absolutely love the fall and all the holidays that go along with it - that is my happiest most feel good time of all. Fall in New England is just incredible. Where are you from Lynne?
