I'm on effexor xr 150mg and wellbutrin 300mg. My head is doing laps around the bedroom and even if I was sleepy to begin with, my thoughts can wake me up. My p-doc tried me on benadryl too, but it made me pretty groggy in the morning.

I use white noise in the form of nature sound CD's. That helps to calm me down. Finally my p-doc presecribed Ambien, a non-addictive sleep aid. 5mg is enough for me to get to sleep and stay asleep (another challenge for me). I try to take it about 20 minutes before beddy-bye.

good luck,
pc
