My (informal) dx is depression and anxiety with obssesive compulsive tendencies. But I think I am more OCD than my pdoc realizes. I feel like the picking is a compulsive thing. I am currently taking Prozac at 60 mg. My pdoc said it is used for OCD at the higher dosage (normal dosage is 20mg - 40mg). It helps some, but not completely. I feel for you having the skin condition. That would be hard for me to leave alone too. I mostly just do it to scabs (or sometimes just bumbs, like a mosquito bite), never letting them heal, and getting scars from it. But the Prozac does help to a certain extent.
