I'm sorry you don't feel you have support from your family but many of us understand and sympathize with you(ME DEFINATELY!)
-quick question, you said you're not getting enough therapy. 1)have you thought about going more often? say twice a week or so? and 2)maybe it's not the amount but the counselor him/herself? have you tried a couple different ones? one thing that really helped me out was when i read here most people mentioned that it takes (on the average) to go through 4 psychologist before you find a good match. Don't be afraid to "shop around". You need to find someone that gives you what you need.
