Actually, I do have sympathy for those who are underweight or trying to gain weight because I've been there too. I didn't like being underweight either -- due also to meds. All my weight issues have been medication related. On my own my weight has always been right where it should be, though if my depression had gone on unchecked I might have started losing weight because of it since it caused me to lose my appetite.

I didn't see your posts, but congratulations! I've never taken benzos long enough or consistently enough to know what withdrawal feels like. Glad you're through it and feeling better (I assume).
