Hey mystic i actually had a good night! i had a work meeting to go to which you know i hate and it was 5 hours long! i was so worried but i did fine, i even participated:) this relief that comes after is so rewarding it makes me want to confront all those other fears i have aquired over the years due to "the fear". I will talk to the doctor about my lethargic feeling.
how are you doing girl? when are we gonna hit up Oprah? i cant wait!!

im heading to bed, oh thanks for the book titles i will look for these cause i am always looking for something new to read.:)
