hi K, i was wondering how long the tiredness lasted with you? was it the full 6 weeks? or was it worse at first then slowly gets better?
i know all about the snooze button, and what makes it worse is that i work nights mainly so i dont work till 5 or 6 pm...that means i dont give myself a reason to leave bed if im not working until the evening...ugh i waste the day away..i hate that. before i would always be up by 10am ready to take on the day. I will keep the faith though, this is just a phase that will pass. thank you so much for reminding me.:)
