Your probably right Dinah, I do isolate the causes of my urges and have done so for years. My mother was a big trigger for me, but she hasn't been in my life in ummm 6 years. We had a run in about 3 years ago and it triggered me. Now, my sister is in contact with her, but we do not talk about her. There has been added stress trying to get a home equity loan, homeschooling my children (thats not an option I can change) and basically normal life stuff.
My boy is doing great!! He just got his orange belt in taekwondo. His feet still turn alot, but hopefully the dr. will clear him of another surgery. THANK YOU for asking.
I just started effexor this week, so it couldn't be the culprit. I am just trying my best not to give in to these urges. I am going to be as strong as I possibly can!!!
