delusion

When I look at my self in the mirror from the left side I notice I look different than I do when I look at my self from the right side. I think I have some odd defect or I think maybe I'm a split person with 2 minds. I believe that when I am talking to people from my left side I have a different mind than when I am talking to people from my right side. What type of delusion is this?
