My koi and two snails died

The koi stopped eating last week, and wasn't swimming, If a fish can look depressed, he did. We are in the process of buying a new house and the yard has room for a big pond. He was ten inches and growing. I guess he's swimming in a real big pond, now.

Two snails died, too. They weren't in the same tank, so it wasn't a disease, just fate, I guess.
