First of all, do you know what he looks like? I mean is he cute enough to warrant a second chance? Or rich enough?My impression is that he is lacking social skills. I doubt he's had many replies to his "ad" (is it an ad, I'm not familiar with the lingo, sorry :( It sonds to me like old boy hasn't been on many dates before or called many women in his life. So, he's unsure of how to respond politely or how to hold back. I think he's just unfamiliar with the whole dating scene.
I wouldn't give him a second chance, but he might be a match. I think he's harmless, just that he may be annoying until you break him in, if he's worth it. He may be worth a meeting at least. Just a thought. But, I don't think he's a stalker. Usually stalkers are more skilled. He's just not familiar with how to socialize. He's a rookie....Poor guy. I'd meet him to see if he's cute or loaded, but I'm pretty vain like that.....
