Ya, this is routine.
I attribute this current "episode" to my chronic fatigue syndrome....I need restorative sleep, balanced with the right amount of exertion/down time, to maximize my functioning. My sleep deteriorated back in September, and remains screwed up. The cumulative effect of that produces a slump. Been there. Done that. Got the the t-shirt.
