1. I made it through Thanksgiving without binging.
2. I didn't rip myself apart on the self-evaluation for my writing class even though I had to turn it in the same day I got rejected for a writing job.
3. I'm going to water aerobics tonight when I'd rather drown my career sorrows in alcohol.Poet
