swimming up the stream like a coho
but where did you goho
I lay my eggs like stick pearls
to adhear, my dear, to the shore
where we once dreamed of snails and seaweed
dulce to you buddy,I'm a frog for you baby
steach out those green lips
you viper
ready to leap into this
a-pond my request
I rest with a human in my throatI'm a worm for you baby
my rhythematic ringed tube
undulates out of the dirt dark
a code of rock and droll
you are dry honey
frying on the sidewalk
after the rainI'm a fool for you baby
swore it would not be
but stung by my own
desire to distance the fire
I am impaled by my wit and waiting.
