<<If I had to pick between the two, I'd say hypotension from standing up. Have you changed meds recently or stopped caffeine or smoking or alcohol or something like that? And if you've got insurance, it couldn't hurt to go see a doc to make sure. My insurance lets me call an urgent care line where I can describe symptoms and they (nurse practitioners) make a recommendation about whether it needs further investigation by a doctor.

Of course, "the Hours" can send any depressive over the edge. Loved the movie, but was super sad for days and days afterward.
