I don't care what you say Ken, this is MY HOUSE TOO and I'm not moving out until I have a contract stating that you will pay me HALF of the fair market value on the house. Once all the T's are crossed and the I's are dotted on a legally binding contract that states you have purchased this house from me for xxxxxx amount of dollars, then I'll move out. If you don't wish to continue living with me, you pack up YOUR stuff and YOU get out, go live with your girlfriend. Or is she married too?
