I'm just glad you're alive and weren't able to follow through on your plans. I know that you aren't at this moment, but a time may come when you are.

Do you have any followup plans for professional assistance? Before they let you go, did they have you arrange to see your pdoc and/or therapist? I'm sorry. I can't really recall what resources you have available.

Please take care of yourself.
