OK, so yesterday, after 8 years of trying to get my wife to agree to marriage counseling, she comes home and says "I made an appointment next Monday at 4:00". Then she handed me a card with some therapist's name on it ,and I said "for what?" and she answered "marriage counseling". Well, I had an appointment with my counselor already scheduled at 3:00 on Monday, but it took me about 4 seconds to run all that through my mind, and to make sure I heard her correctly. Of course, I then quickly said "sure". I called my guy today to reschedule. Soooooooo..........anyone who knows me here, or has read my posts, PLEASE keep your fingers crossed for me that nothing happens between now and 4:00 Monday afternoon to change my wife's mind. Now, as to that other shoe.......hope it doesn't drop.
