i think the best way is to find an activity that you LIKE to do and then you get exercise without thinking about it too much.Is there anything you like to do that youcan do?
its for your health so even if it costs money it can be very worth it. Or like do the thing that costs $ one day a week and then alternate walking (fast so youget a workout) and somethign else?There must be something. Do you have a bike? Bikeriding is great exercise.
i wish you luck i know its hard because i exercise twice a week for 4 hours and sometimes a third for a couple hours and when im on certain meds, i still gain weight. = (
