It is sad, and I think it's natural to feel that way. My best friend died a year ago in April, and as the time comes close to the anniversary of her death, the things we did last year together are rolling around again. And I know that I'll never do them with her again.
Between that and your business closing and a new meds tryout, you've got a lot to handle.
Treat yourself gently and indulge yourself some.
