Don't try to go through this by yourself! At the very least, you need to go to Planned Parenthood to discuss your options, and you need a therapist to help you cope. I know you're afraid now, but information is power and YOU NEED INFORMATION.
Please, just try it. I assure you that these people are not there to judge you, they are there to give you advice and support. You'll be amazed at how relieved you feel.
