Yes, but in moderation. It's excessively high in sugar and fat. I like to slather on the PB thickly, sans jam (which, IMO, is far preferable to gooey, blobby, icky jelly).

I'm the queen of exercise, but it doesn't counter the peanut butter; it counters the other stuff.
