Hello my friends,
I am sorry I have worried you all. I have had a very terrifying week, indeed.
Last Saturday I was feeling "desperately sad". With the delusions of depression, my only alternative was to take two full bottles of sleeping pills.
Since the local authorities frown upon that, I was arrested and sent to a local mental health complex. After staying 2 1/2 frightening days there, I was moved to a private Psych hospital.
I am very lucky for a lot of reasons. The private Psych hospital was able to show me I DO have hope. They have also been able to show me a few coping skills I think will help to prevent such a dire situation in the future.
I want to thank everyone for their concern and caring. I feel as if I have reentered a "cacoon of caring" by posting again here. I have missed all of you and am glad to be back.
Thank you all from the bottome of my heart.
