I've been a lurker since the board began but only began posting this year with any frequency.
I've missed your presence and am sorry that things are in the hide in bed stage of it all.

Harry....that is depression distortion there bub. You have learned from it and you will continue to learn from it. Damn the lessons that depression thrusts upon us but you are not stagnant nor are you unlearned. You have a brain chemistry imbalance (forgive me for being to tired to glean the archives to gather a better memory of your details) and that is leading you to come up with thoughts like: 'yet I never seem to learn from it.'
I'm really glad you are reaching out here and made that first call to the pdoc. I hope it doesn't take too many calls for this doc to get back to you. I pray for expediency in you getting to a doc and seeing if meds are in need of tweaking.
