Maybe you didn't yell it loud enough in this idiots ear or perhaps the daft bloke is hard of hearing.:)
Still, the nausea could be part of feeling anxiety all the time. I am nauseous constantly due to my panic/anxiety disorder and take an anti-nauseant quite often to deal with it. It can't hurt you to try one. I think you have something that will do the trick in the UK.>

~~~~~~~You can do it honey. I've seen you do some damned hard things and you'll manage this too. The anticipatory anxiety about something is always 100 times worse than the actual event. Just try not to take it all in at once. Deal with one small thing at a time and you'll not get overwhelmed.
