Jyl, you only posted there about 6 hours ago (looking at the time of the posts). You will get more answers but many people are working & few are near their computer all the time.
I read your post but have little knowledge of BP & can't asnwer your plea.
I can understand how you're feeling now. When I'm doing good, my self-confidence & self-esteem is just fine, but when very depressed, everything happens to have a negative connotation to me. I know it's not true but I can't help feeling that way. Depression is so debilitating - even when others reached out to me, nothing they could say made me feel less alone. Depression gives us tunnel vision & the view is straight down into the darkest hole.
You'll get more answers - I know you will. It may take a couple of days as many posters only come a couple of times a week. And you'll get lots of comisseration here in PB Social. Just wait a bit...
