Hi there Ruth,
Nice to hear from you. I'm OK. Taking the week off work, just hanging around the house and doing a bit of gardening and cleaning up. Ahhh, relaxation.

Not much is new with me, I'm still feeling pretty good mood-wise-- summer is usually my best time. Tried adding some topomax but it made me sick, then I started feeling better anyway.

Still managing to do my meditation *almost* every day, just doing the awareness stuff.
